As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
We reserve the right to decline an order for unconfirmed and unverified account information.
Your e-mail must be valid in case we need to contact you concerning your order.
We will contact you if your shipping address does not match the billing for your account information. A notice for signature will be mailed to the card holder's address when shipping address is different.

USPS: Residential Service Disruption Updates:
There are certain areas in the U.S. with slower than usual shipment times. Shipping estimates are estimates and not guaranteed.
At this time: UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination.
UPS shipments are sent to the post office at approximately 8 a.m. EST. Orders arriving after 8 a.m. EST are typically shipped the next business day.
UPS Delivers Monday through Friday; There Are No Weekend Deliveries.
Ground UPS can take from 3 to 7 Business Days, depending on destination, once the package leaves our building.
UPS Does Not Ship To P.O. Boxes; you need to enter a street address.
We offer Free Shipping on Product Purchases over $75 for customers in the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Customers from Alaska and Hawaii who select free shipping at checkout will be notified by email of the shipping costs to be paid.
The Method of Free Shipping (UPS or USPS) will be based upon weight and zone at time of shipping. Please Note: You must provide us with a street address for the Free Shipping option.

Your bank/credit card company must allow internet transactions. Your Bank/Credit Card Company must support AVS (Address Verification System). We must ship to the billing address. Card holder may be required to sign for the package. Special Arrangements can be made if you are purchasing a gift to ship to someone else. If shipping and billing addresses do not match, a notice for signature will be mailed to the card holder.

No returns are accepted without authorization.
If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of a unused product within 14 days. No returns are accepted without approval from a team member.
Once we receive the returned item Goddess Intervention will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
